Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to obtain a full refund for your Internet service if you are not 100% satisfied with the value of the service. If younotify us in writing or call customer support with your dissatisfaction of the service within 31 calendar days of service activation, you will have the option of receiving a 100% refund. Refund will be issued within 20 business days of your notice to us. Refunds will be issued as bill credits or by other means determined by GorrilaNET in its discretion.
Conditions
1. The service address of your Eligible Service must be in Ontario. 2.Refunds will be issued only for newly activated Eligible Services. No refunds will be issued to customers modifying or upgrading any existing Eligible Services. 3.Prior to issuing a refund for equipment purchased directly from GorillaNET, the equipment must be returned to GorillaNET in the same condition as when it was purchased, with all original packing materials, manuals, accessories and associated equipment, along with proof of purchase. 4.You may claim no more than one (1) refund under the GorillaNET Satisfaction Guarantee in any 12 month period. 5.You must be fully compliant with the terms and conditions applicable to your Eligible Services. 6.All accounts for GorillaNET services must be in good standing.This program may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
